Broadway's Celebrity Benefit for Hurricane Relief --Sept. 25, 2005

New Orleans has long been a center of arts and entertainment--Mardi Gras, jazz, Bourbon Street, etc. When the city needed help after a devastating hurricane, it seemed only natural that another center of the arts and entertainment come to her aid. So, the crew of Wicked teamed up with stars of Broadway, screen, and television for an all-out benefit for hurricane relief.

Over $200,000 was raised. The money will be shared by Quilts for Kids and America's Second Harvest for our continuing efforts to aid victims of the devastating Gulf Coast Hurricanes.
