In addition, Calico has contributed shelving, plus measuring and cutting equipment to improve operations at the new Quilts for Kids, Inc. headquarters in Pennsylvania.  Recently, Calico president and CEO Roy Simpson, Jr. visited the headquarters with Julie Morris, director of custom products and programs.  They were impressed with scope of the program and knew that Calico could help Quilts for Kids become a more efficient operation, making it possible for them to touch more families—literally and figuratively—with their hand-crafted quilts.
