Cove Break-a-thon Raises $4366!

At Self Defense America in Cove, TX, Master Jimmy Hogberg’s students broke 1,000 boards to raise $4366.00 for Quilts for Kids.

Master Jimmy writes, “We have done fundraisers in the past but this was close to double what we have ever raised. I’m very proud of my students for learning to give to our community and for the amount of money raised.  They broke almost 1000 boards in less than an hour, and a lot of those students were white belts that never broke a board before.  All of our wood was cut by parents of our students and donated by a local lumber company.”
