Friday the 13th was a very lucky day for young patients at Gillette Children’s Hospital of St. Paul as the Twin Cities Chapter created another 49 beautiful quilts for them. Thanks to all the members and volunteers as well as Bear Patch Quilting Co. of White Bear Lake, Ham Lake Piecemakers Quilt Guild and Northern Material Girls Quilt Guild of North St. Paul, who lent facilities and expertise to help turn “Work Day” into “Fun Day.”
