Twin Cities Workday Looks Like Fun!
Smiles on the faces of the quilters translate into smiles on the faces of children who need comfort.
The brand-new Twin Cities Chapter of Quilts for Kids and the Ham Lake Piecemakers Quilt Guild got together for a work day recently at Cedar United Methodist Church in Ham Lake, Minnesota. They had a great time chatting, piecing and sewing, all the while creating bright, warm quilts for hospitalized children. The finished quilts will be delivered to seriously ill children in Minneapolis and St. Paul Children’s Hospitals.
